Our Referral Line is available to provide guidance, emotional support, and connections to resources that can help you take the next step toward freedom.

What to Expect When You Call
We know that reaching out for help is not easy. When you call our Referral Line, you will be met with compassion, understanding, and respect. Our trained team will:
Listen without judgment – You are safe to share as much or as little as you feel comfortable.
Check for availability in our homes – We have limited space in our residential programs, but if we have an opening, we will discuss next steps with you.
Assess your needs – We’ll help you determine your immediate safety and well-being.
Provide referrals if needed – If we do not have space available, we will connect you with trusted partners, safe housing options, and other resources that can help.
Your Safety is Our Priority
• You do not have to share anything you are not ready to.
• Your call is confidential, and we will not share your information without your permission.
• If you are in an unsafe situation and cannot speak freely, we encourage you to find a safe place before calling.
